Hello Im trying to find the best site to but bitcoin in washington with a debit card. I used to be able to with coinbase but now everytime I try to verify my new debit card it just invalid address contact your bank and I did and they said its on coinbase end and I know im using hte right address. Any help  would be great thanks.
