You need just make buy sell from any exchanger but you need Trusted escrow .
Secondly here I will suggest that never made buy/sell usually sell of bitcoin with the PayPal payment because you can get into risk because it is usual that payment through the PayPal are reversible , so it may be possible that if you made deal complete and after complete of the deal the sender reverse his payment in this way he can easily scam .
So use Trusted exchagers without PayPal or you can use another exchanges like the zebpay that instantly buy sell your bitcoin with own .
