I hope you are right but why youtube? I thought this has nothing to do with stream video?
It's actually one of the main goals of LBRY project to replace YouTube and NETFLIX. I've found the interview with Mike Vine (link below) - where he speaks about it.

In fact, streaming video is one of the areas in competition with youtube & netflix. So lbry is seriously going to take users away from youtube
