We notice that you have deposited and are now submitting for a withdrawal without having made any wagers. Can I ask that you explain your reasons for doing this?
But it looks like you have already made one bet after depositing, what makes them think that you haven't wagered anything. Also they are deducting transaction fees from users to include in withdrawal so why they should be worried about anyone withdrawing just after making deposit.
