OK, I hereby confirm the deal. As soon as there is a BTU/BTC Split, MemoryDealers (Roger Ver) has to pay a minimum of 60k and a maximum of 130k post-split BTC to Loaded. Loaded has to pay the same amount of BTU to MemoryDealers.
