We handle all tickets, including this one. In general, we resolve tickets within half an hour, but some require more effort sadly.

I don't think this issue/ticket is being handled correctly.
Genesis-mining has been refusing to payout my DASH and XMR balances for weeks now, all of my balance went to 0 and after numerous tickets and run arounds, It looks like they are simply not going to pay up.
Can you explain why you haven't paid out to POM and why his balances are now 0?
