My problem hasn't been fixed yet



I should have more than 3 BTC , but my balance shows zero
Also i couldn't load any amount since 3/10/2017 and it's been pending since then .
So please check my problem and fix it please it'e been more than 12 days now and i really need the money since i wanted it to use them to pay my hospital bills and i have been taking loans 2 days ago just to pay my bills .
