i have 11 days waiting for sponsor ticket without any actions.
this is not regular issue this is one of two important issues.
1- your site is hacked and there is people can stolen balances from faucets.
2- your api has bugs and it's also can taken from faucets balance.
this is important issues you have to check it quickly and be clear with your users.
