defunctec has kept the OP current. Check there for the most up-to-date guide.
It does not say in the guide what IP to use for your throne on the local windows option.
This should be set to your public IP address.
Okay so I've done that. The active column still reads 00m:00s though for some reason...
is your node reachable from the outside? use http://canyouseeme.org/ or something similar to put in the IP address and the port # that the node is hosted on. If it shows closed / connection time out, you need to enable port forwarding on your router
