Yea, yea and dogecoin is still alive until today because still there is values in dogecoin although it is just couples satoshi on exchangers altcoins, we will be worrying if dogecoin's price become one satoshi, it is dangerous for the future of dogecoin its self, if the altcoins become one satoshi it will be die but it is just my opinions saw the past altcoins on exchangers.
I guess you're right. If Dogecoin remains usable, and its value becomes more than 1 satoshi, there should be nothing to worry about. The best thing that DOGE has right now, is that its network is not clogged with users, leaving it free to process any transaction at blazing fast speeds. I think that it may never need to implement a scalable solution such as SegWit or increasing the block size, in contrast to Bitcoin.
Nevertheless, I hope that even if there would be no development or innovation for Dogecoin, it would become supported by the community for years to come. If there is at least 1 node on the network, the cryptocurrency would remain alive and usable. Just my opinion.
