This now "old" news has already been posted on blogs, reddit and now Cointelegraph. It is possible, I guess, that his Youtube account and Bitcointalk account were hacked and that he has not done anything about it despite the news being plastered all over the place. It is HIGHLY unlikely though.

Also, why the fuck would he provide you with a signed transaction? You aren't involved in the deal. Are you his Daddy? Do your own damn research if it concerns you. And for fuck sake use your spell-check.
