Germany bank, for security reasons I can't tell you bank name. But very good and safe accounts.
I'm Hero member in bitcointalk from 2011 selling over 200 PayPal accounts, vcc, vba.
I don't mean to offend you,but i do not believe,that anyone will buy from you without further information and several other hero/legendary members that can vouch for your service.....it's hard to sell these kind of product since the polish debit card scam.
It also doesn't matter if you are a hero member or newbie....you are offering a product,which you haven't sold before,right? That alone makes you a newbie..and unless you give us more infos about your card,or people that can vouch for you i need to tell all other potential buyers to be aware,that this can all be a big scam!!! But...please please proove me that i am wrong!!
