yes. you have to wait. it is clearly written in OP payment will be end of ICO. so wait for the ICO start and its end.

Yes. I am daily touch with Devs and it is confirmed. ICO will start for sure. just give us some time friends. we'll make everything fix.

What if you are going to start the ICO after 3 yrs then the signature campaign users have to wait till then, this is not professional way of handling the issue, If their is problem with ICO then why dont you clear the signature campaign payment and when the ICO is going to start , start new signature campaign and go on. This is not good to let the signature campaign users to wait for your project.
