Correct passphrase doesn't work with wallet. Have never been able to send any coins, and I'm somewhat high up on the rich list...
Wallet.dat has been sent to at least 2 others who've verified the passphrase is correct (it is) and the last time I brought this up (during the last spike) I was ignored as well.

We have not had issues regarding passwords or passphrases in the past. Passwords are beyond our control.
