I don't think there exists something as you are looking for. Why someone provides such service, it can be totally nonprofitable for company and sms sending is not free!!
Maybe there is but well i don't know actually what is it. Why some provide such service even it is not profitable? maybe it is not profitable but at least it will help to the users know if they already received or send the bitcoin in the specific address. And more specially in making some transactions, they will immediately know if they already done their transactions.
