To be sure that a coupon does not expire, you can simply redeem it in your account and then you can spend the credit when you want (you have 90 days to spend the credit).

My first plan was creating Bing Ads accounts with virtual credit cards and coupon codes and advertising Amazon products, but I couldn't find a decent card supplier. When I find one I will go that way. Until than I'll go the easier way - selling coupon codes
It is hard to find any VCC which is accepted by Bing.
