What he's saying is that the value is under $1k, in fact it is under $950 as I write this, and there is a huge opportunity to make good on positions that take some Bitcoin away from the whales and put in into the pockets of people willing to hodl or move it around more than whales would.

I personally expect for whales to be transitioning from BTC to ETC or DASH for the time being, since those markets have a lot more long position potential compared to Bitcoin, but that's changing since we went low.
