The user clearly breach several points of bonus condition, but we gave the user the chance to complete it.
We did let the user continue to play to complete the remaining wagering amount.
But the user disagreed and tried to withdraw the bonus amount and that lead to cancel of bonus.

As soon as our investigation team has done a full investigate on the user account.
