Hello admins, after chat with support about pending withdrawl, they said it seems hot wallet is empty. please resolve as soon as you can. issues seem to always get me at the worst possible time

EDIT i managed to make 2 smaller withdrawls now.. but the other one is still pending.
If you are trying to withdraw a big amount and if the hot wallet is empty it takes some time for the amount to get through as they will be sending only after manual review and for that admins have to be online. Once Stunna or Edward comes online it will be processed.username - gideons
