Just horrible to hear that they are doing manual payments towards even their most loyal players who are using it.
You probably have a ton of loyality points and would be consider a VIP member account of theirs but now they are treating you like you just started out with using their service.
Really disappointing even a long running bitcoin casino are starting to not do what they are obligated to do in the first place.
Cloudbet always had manual payment from what i remember and they always had a problem when it comes to withdrawals as it took almost 24 hours for the amount to get through ,it is not limited to certain players,they threat everyone the same when it comes to withdrawals and they wont be changing that from what i understand.
