Fee must 240 satoshi/byte now to get faster confirmation on transaction.
That site is automatically updating the require fee for every transaction.

For bitcoin transaction fees you can use previous website but mostly wallet gives you recomendation about fees. Fast confirmation needs higher fees. Viabtc works absolutely perfect but problem is that they have limited number of added trabsactions, it's max 100 in one hour, if you are lucky and already submited transaction on their website, than your transaction will be included when they mine new block. Mostly they mine 1 block in hour. Also there is another serios accelerator - pushtx.btc.com - but here you have to pay fees for that.
