Doesn't make sense.... 
No will still wait till the price of bitcoin will back to 1200 us dollar per coin i don't want to lose profit since i bough bitcoin when the price is at $1000 i will sell my coins when the price is right. Hold wait for the moment enjoy your coins watching them to increase.Only people who will get panic will sell their coins at this low price and if you have bought your coins at $1k level or above then it doesn't make any sense in selling them at this stage as you have invested to make profits from it so you will only sell them when it will exceed your entry price.
