I'm just ecstatic that you finally agree that the burden of proof is on qtum who has declared they raised over 15 milion USD but provided absolutely zero proof to support that. And that the burden does not lie on me since I am simply denying that claim. This means you are going to help me pressure them for this proof, right? I was referring to your accusation that this project is a scam, the burden of proof for this is on you!
As for the funds, the exchanges have collected them, that's proof enough for me. Now if you accuse these exchanges of being in bed with the team and falsifying information, you know what you need to do: provide proof.
