I will say right away that I do not belong to the camp of supporters of Qtum, as well as to the camp of its opponents. For the most part, I'm only interested in the technological component of this project. And, having got acquainted with the raw source code that the development team posted on github, I can clearly see that the work is being performed (or was done earlier).
It's hard for me to say that developers implement the full range of planned features and capabilities, but even some of them make the project interesting not only from the investment point of view.
Finally someone pointing out something positive about the project, beware, you might be called a shill for stating your opinion
