Hello Miiike, glad that you shared the overall experience. Yes, sometimes the amount are low, its a random function that decides that, and no, its not geo-location determined since every player gets the same chance to win, be him/her from USA, India, Brazil, Germany... etc.

As for the connection, we had some new patches up lately, so players need to be sure they get the latest version to minimize the possibility for losing data packages. Also, we transferred to the new server due the ever-growing population so you might have experienced aftermath of transfer process. Connection was fragile for a day or two until we dealt with unexpected issues. Now there shouldn't be any

One more thing people should know is Blockchain made a delay in processing our payments, (not only ours, but a lot of their clients complained and had denial of service for several days), but they didn't issue any formal announcement that we could forward to our clients.
