Yes, fork might happen, split can happen, but even then you will be able choose the winner - BTC or BU. And I guarantee you, market will catch up very fast. There won't be void.

Cmon man we both know that you can not guarantee that at all. A bear market after a hardfork is very likely, just like ethereum. Trust is lost when a fork occurs. Traders dont know what happens next so they are hesitate to buy= bear market.
