Your account has been associated with another VitalBet account sharing multiple similar bets, placed on the same markets and same selections as well.
Considering the fact that both accounts have been registered by our system as sharing similar account settings and the betting pattern similarity, our Risk management team proceeded with the account closure accordingly to our Terms and Conditions. As per our rules, such accounts collisions and multi-account activity are not acceptable.

Hi, I find that totally unacceptable and unreasonable. This is clearly
my only account and I definitely do not collude with anyone on
multiple bets. Please name the account you are accusing me of
having/colluding with and state all the bets that are shared,
including date and time placed.
You are obviously making all this up just because I had a good run the
past few days and started winning. I find it hard to believe your risk
management team only "detected" this when I'm winning and not when I
was losing previously.
