That's funny, my L3 is working just fine on NiceHash!! 
Please, could you tell me your config?
What config, just poolname, username (address.1) and X for the password. Both units are hashing away at 250 Mh/s
did you use (eu could be usa, etc.):
URL: scrypt.eu.nicehash.com:3333#xnsub
or:
URL: scrypt.eu.nicehash.com:3333
I have tried both, anyway...
tomorrow I will check the hardware version of my L3.
