I am new to Bitcoins.. Well, I bought some bitcoins and now I need to move them from Electrum to Blockchain.info or Multibit. All I have is the wallet file from Electrum i.e. electrum.dat as I lost the password for Electrum. I tried to restore it by removing and reinstalling electrum but I couldn't.

I've no idea how to move the wallet to blockchain or multibit. Any help to this is appreciated.
