If I should win a huge amount, I would use it to complete my Education & also upgrade my skills since these are areas I'm poor at. Gambling doesn't make you rich until you hit a Jackpot 
Upgrade your income in some way, pay off debts or best of all buy a house and have an investment and means not to having to pay rent. Thats when you have really made it, when you have something to spend that will in future make you better off without further effort. Iam not really in favour of burning up cash on a car because unless you had no car at all beforehand then you wont exactly be better off. Spending hard won earnings feels a bit too much of a luxury as you've spent your stake then right.
