You can start trading anytime you want. But it is much good to start to have full knowledge in it before putting yourself in the exchange platform. Because trading it is a combination of analysis, and strategy.
Yes, analysis and strategy are mostly important in trading because you need to keep focus on coins market and their movement also make a decision to avoid being manipulated by dump/pump event from bot or trader. Loss on trading is normal and nothing to worry about it.
