10 minutes is ok for simplest faucets.
I stopped climing when you changed timeout from 30 minutes to 15 minutes.
In my opinion the most comfortable timeout for this type faucets is 20 or 30 minutes.

I will investigate users behaviour.
Maybe I will go back to higher timer.
