Due to the price of BTC there is a window in between now and maybe 30-60 days from now.
Hopefully he reads this page, it's now time before this liquidity goes to sleep for the summer, even a hint
of a bull run all this new money comes rushing in. If he wants to liquidate his positions it's now or wait for months or maybe years,
if this BTC HF freaks everyone out to the point of another 2 year bear market like 2014-2015.
