I think the real supply is 100,000,000 and NOT re-issuable.  If you look at one link, it shows sigwos web address and 100,000,000 coins, while the other
link shows 50,000,000 coins but nothing relating it to sigwo.  I think someone made a duplicate joke asset to trick people.  They have a duplicate WCT but not sure if both are
from Wavesplatform or not. One WCT is reissuable and one WCT is not. Technically you can make 2 assets with the same name - 1 reissuable and 1 not reissuable.
