I don't know. According to the biggest wallets the cryptsy cold storage contains 15% of the supply. Did the buyer of the 15k uno double up with another 15k uno from the markets? Whuuut? If this was a pump and dump they failed miserably because there is no chance the markets could ever sustain that.
