I do this video for MUSIC but for DBIX it is the same.

Before check your system time https://time.is/
It must be syncronized with ethernet time

Then..
Run your gui-wallet.
then in same folder you must see gdbix.exe

unselectet all files, and in empty fiels in that folder then do Shift+ right click
And click on menu like "open comand promt"
In to opened console drag&drop  gdbix.exe and type in console attach like gdbix.exe attach
You must see js console and welcome symbol>
Then you must add peers manualy (copy/paste from here)

then waite 5-10min, if not help try again add peers. If after that not help, so i don`t know...

If help close console(type >exit) and use wallet
