I don't have any strategy. There some people using the "HOLD" strategy but I am the opposite, i use the "SPEND" strategy 
Because I spend everything I get. As it's easy to spend your bitcoin, specially with a debt card, and as I always find something to buy , like a dress or shoes. I am hardly able to keep my BTC for a long time. Usually I keep until i have enough to buy something i want. I am like this in real life with fiat as well, spend spend spend !!
So almost all users live and earn this way. It is necessary to have very good basic income so that bitcoin is left alone until better times.
