here's what it boils down to. either the bitcoin network is self regulating, it works, and theres no need for all the "ZOMG 50%" crap or the bitcoin network isnt self regulating, and no amount of "ZOMG 50%" crap is going to save it from collapsing.
Tycho has done nothing but make a great damn pool and people are going out of their way to punish him for it.

i'll pay for a pool that spends my money to stay stable in the face of the impending ramping up of DDos attacks against the network rather then be a part of a free pool that cant afford basic protection. obviously 50% of people agree with me
