I can't see the coins in my win wallet and explorer shows that the coins are on balance. So how to make this stupid wallet work?!
Open your wallet and leave it about 5 minutes to synchronize all the transaction , then you will see your coins

You have turn your Wallet of, with a PC reset or someting like this?that your chain get a error?
or change something in your Firewall?
Deleted all files in ...AppData\Roaming\Dubaicoin directory, except file from "keystore" , redownload win wallet again, open dbixwall and after a couple of minutes wallet finally synchronized! Now I see my funds not only in explorer but in wallet too)))
