install these to fix runtime errors i did both versions

For 32 bit OS, download from the below link below:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86):

For 64 bit OS, download from this link below:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64):
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13523

and you need to 2010 version of Visual C++ that i posted above
2017 version dont seem to work by themselves

at least on my win10 pro fresh install
