But I do not see there an option for adding instances. Just new server deployment options.

no you are looking/reading wrong you need one one vps for 5 bucks/month to run 5 instances

there was a llittle upgrade on vultr a while ago so you need the second cheapest plan
25 GB SSD $5/mo $0.007/h 1 CPU 1024MB Memory 1000GB Bandwidth

you get enough ipv6 with any plan

you don't need 5 vps to run 5 instances.

note the diff btw. vps and instance Wink
