I'm perplexed also. How much of ICONOMI is going to be spun off? Does this lessen the value of ICN? Hopefully we will be given a detailed explanation soon.
They are just splitting the Mentoring program into a different entity called Cofound.it which is very positive news since the team can now just concentrate on developing the platform and the job of investing in good ICO's is outsourced to the Cofound.it lead by Jan and Deloitte as evaluator
