Why do people keep asking me if my coupon code works???
I've said it doesn't about 10 times!!!
URSAY, PLEASE, please, for the love of freaking god get me talking to someone WHO ACTUALLY emails me back. No one in your freaking company replies to my emails.

You seem to usually post without your order details which makes it difficult to help.
Do you not keep records of order details? You could easily look in the MANY PMs I've sent you. But fine.

Though I don't get what my details have to do with getting me a number to call. I can't seem to get anywhere with ANY of your customer service people over text. I need to talk to someone.
Also, COULD YOU PLEASE tell people at your company to stop asking me if I've gotten a coupon and just actually give me one? Seriously, 2 people in a row have emailed me asking if I got a coupon and the facebook bitinstant account asked in a comment if i got the coupon also.
Just give me a coupon.

DID you EVER receive a coupon? Did you try using it? What was the result?
As I have stated before, yes, in my original confirmation email there was a coupon code. The email stated, however, that, "We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order"
The coupon, when used, is said to be invalid or already redeemed.
Am I on the list of people to get coupon codes? When will I get that code? How many are in front of me? 9 days and counting on this issue...
