What should the response time of support be?
I have 20 BTC+ locked with no ETA and no response from support for last three messages I sent. On small issues I've had with nitrogen, bugs / cashout reviews, have been no more than 24hrs.

Hi Nitrogen,
I have been using Nitrogen for a number of years, as well as recommending the sportsbetting platform and poker to my friends. Its not uncommon for Nitrogen to review my accounts before cashout if I make a large number of bets, usually this takes up to a day.
However, risk management frozen over 20 bitcoins saying they have to investigate, that's fine but I was not given an ETA.
I messaged three times, just once each day with no response. How long will it take to finish this? I can PM you my userID but support should reply to mine and everyone's tickets.
