I mine bitcoin but wanna start alts seems better at this point

Can someone help me out i want to start a alt rig ??

i can start small and wait for the new cards to make a bigger investment or start big right now

i will buy on newegg.ca or tigerdirect.ca or amazon.ca

i know i have to buy rx 470/480, a motherboard, a rackmount...which one would you buy??
