How do you keep yourself under control? Do you follow any disciplinary actions for yourself? That's what I do most part to help me prevent further losses (if I lost) and that's going to be hard if you don't know how to do it. I do bet small amounts sometimes especially if I have extra money, that's what I use, not something that I would purposely deposit from my salary or something.
