URSAY, I know i have posted a few times and this just takes up more of your time, but I have been waiting since 4/3. I am on the 4/8 support list, and have made a claim on the website but have received no response. From the info you have given me all I need to fix my issue is a new GOX coupon. I do not feel like it would take your support team to much time to take care of that. Can you please push my order through manually? Any type of response would be appreciated.
