Because people with the knowledge and the power try to manipulate markets and want to goggle up as much cheap ICN as possible before tomorrows buy back starts and before anymore news comes out about OFMP.

Also, yesterdays news has made some people give up on ICN and move on. I don't know why as the news will only mean more good things for Iconomi.
