Some questions about the crowdsale please, sorry if these have been asked/answered elsewhere but they are not clear

1. what percentge of total tokens will be offered for sale in crowdsale and what percentage for devs etc.

2. How long after crowdsale will purchasers recieve their tokens and be able to move/trade them?

3. what are the bonuses?

4. Does this crowdsale have a cap?

5. what is the github page?

6. Are all tokens offered equally or are some reserved for some exchange or other entity like firstblood did with yunbi?
