I don't have any strategy. There some people using the "HOLD" strategy but I am the opposite, i use the "SPEND" strategy 
Because I spend everything I get. As it's easy to spend your bitcoin, specially with a debt card, and as I always find something to buy , like a dress or shoes. I am hardly able to keep my BTC for a long time. Usually I keep until i have enough to buy something i want. I am like this in real life with fiat as well, spend spend spend !!
That is not even a strategy even my kid could do that if i can give them the card and ask them to start spending Because I spend everything I get. I am like this in real life with fiat as well, spend spend spend !! it looks like you are a shopaholic who never has a decent bank saving no matter how much salary you draw.It is a really unhealthy rabbit because there will be a time when you have to wait for government grand if you live a life like this.I do have my investments in stocks and bonds and i am having some investment in crypto currencies .in short i have a diverse portfolio.We have nothing to do with that if that is his way. More importantly, that is his money and he can buy his favorite or preferred items with his own money or bitcoin on hand.
Since like a fixed earner and he can afford to buy misc things without forgetting the basic needs based on the way he post. Maybe true or not at least they can spend on things they want without harming the important ones.
Yup, for indeed could still do well then chances are they will get a small loss. The reason for can benefit in doing so, we are required to be able to use the correct game. Because investing is a good way, but requires a lot of sacrifice. The big advantage could be obtained with work or sacrifice. If indeed we have thought and self control is good then everything will end up fun
And to add, while putting hard work and sacrifice like the one you stated, just enjoy the flow of your investment. Try not to pressure yourself since it will give you lots of thinking and most of it are probably negative such as you will soon experienced a crash of your investment. That's why it's important to just deal with the investment which you have knowledge and you really want it so that you are comfortable of what you are doing.
I have lots of examples of a person that makes their investment just like playing the game, starting from a small business and eventually become a big one. Investment really have risk but if we try to have a mindset peacefully we can win whatever trials or problems we have to faced in the long run.
